What is your experience in eFoil Racing?

I've participated in several eFoil races and, so far, have always ended up in the top two. I personally think that eFoil racing should be more technical (lots of turns) instead of focusing on large courses where you go almost full speed. This way, less powerful boards would also have a chance of winning.

Describe your current gear setup?

Wings: Triton X1 (monowing), a new prototype monowing (not allowed to say anything about this one at this moment), and Gong. Remotes are FelixRemote, and a new (still to be tested) Mantafoils remote. Motors are 100 and 120kV versions all running on S15, S16 and or S17 Li-ion batteries (63, 67,2 or 71.4 volt)

Competing with the best riders!

What tips would you give to someone new to eFoil Racing?

Go for it!

What is your vision for the future of eFoil Racing?

More technical courses (maybe slalom, or better yet, parallel slalom?) instead of going round and round would make the races more exciting. This would also make it more appealing to spectators!

What do you enjoy most about the sport?

The feeling of carving and flying over the water.
